Morgan, E.Ferdinand Laeisz, the Geneva Private Bankers Association and Lionel Rothschild  to form a loose partnership under Frank Dimen in Geneve, London and Santo Domingo in order to safeguard people and property from the imminent loss of freedom in Central Europe. Their principel of freedom and life time service, providing certainty in uncertain times, is continued by  Casa Dimen Immobilien in Hamburg under the management of Prof.(USA) Manuel Dittmers,FRSA. until the present day.

The System is based on the fusion of four circles,aiming for new,reliable and complete information for the task of strategic policy formulation and implementation: Task-Data-News-Strategy=Action.
